Service Desk Lead

James has extensive experience with Microsoft 365 cloud administration, support for Microsoft applications, and also with configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Windows and Mac operating systems and small networks. As Service Desk Lead on Technology Helps’ Community Service Desk, he helps provide day-to-day support for about a thousand end users spanning thirty organizations across Canada.

In addition, he has spearheaded several cloud migration projects for a multitude of nonprofits involving Email, SharePoint, Teams, and other platforms.

James has a scholastic background in physics in addition to his CompTIA A+ and Network + IT certifications. He is an active volunteer in support of the Terry Fox Run and annual Run for the Cure. In 2016, he was recognized as an Honoured Donor for his contributions to Canadian Blood Services. He is enthusiastic about making a difference in the community and committed to providing comprehensive, dependable support to his clientele.
